Tulum’s tourism expansion continues with the launch of operations of a new hotel within the Tulum International Airport.

The Olmeca – Maya – Mexica Airport, Railway, Auxiliary and Related Services Group (GAFSACOMM) has opened a call to fill more than 90 diverse roles, marking a significant milestone in the region’s job offer.

Local Recruitment Initiative

Since September 4, a module has been established at the Municipal Tourist Information and Business Assistance Center (Citaem) to manage the hiring process.

Gabriela Quiroz, in charge of recruitment, emphasizes the preference for hiring residents of Tulum and surrounding areas, although the inclusion of candidates from other areas is not ruled out due to the remote location of the airport with respect to the urban center of Tulum.
